The company has been established following extensive research which will ensure a first class service, this being an imperative belief that the company Director, Colin Fletcher is proud of.

After years of Colin being involved in the building industry Colin has undertaken various projects while working as a Time Served Builder, then an Architects Technician in a local well established Architects Practice which then led him on to becoming a Building surveyor. This, combined with studying has resulted in Beamish Property Group being competent in all areas of the Industry. Initially Colin gained entry into the Institute of clerks of works, this giving him a broad understanding of managing works on-site across all disciplines. Colin then went onto successfully complete a degree level qualification gaining entry into the Chartered Institute of Building, with Distinction.

Colin continues to educate himself through regular CPD events within this organisation.
